Pinky's Sunset Rottnest Island Gin 700ml
For those of you that aren’t from Western Australia, Pinky’s Beach is a small, exquisite bay located on Rottnest Island, who’s sands are tinged pink by fragments of coral/shells or possibly because of the remarkable number of WA adolescents had their first kiss at one of it’s many notorious beach parties, or due its historic links to WA’s nautical past as the most likely site of Rottnest’s first recorded European landing in 1658.
The colour and tone of this gin has been inspired by the beautifully subtle pink hue of the Pinky's Beach shore at sunrise and sunset. The taste is a lighter-style gin with a sweet floral note created from a blend of Morton Bay figs, Red Karkalla (Pig Face), Rottnest Island Daisy seeds, coriander seeds and a reduced amount of Juniper.
Whatever the reason, we have used this wonderful bay as inspiration for our first Limited Edition Gin.
